These terms govern your use of the services provided by Harris Automations ("we", "us", "our"), including our AI receptionist platform and associated tools.

1. Services

We provide AI-powered phone receptionist services to businesses. Our AI answers calls, handles enquiries, books appointments, and sends confirmation messages on behalf of our clients.

2. SMS Communications

By making a booking through our AI receptionist, you consent to receiving a transactional SMS confirming your appointment or order details. Message frequency: typically one message per booking. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@harris-automations.com.

4. Accuracy of AI

Our AI receptionist is trained on information provided by each business. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally make errors. Bookings and information provided by the AI should be confirmed directly with the business if critical.

5. Limitation of Liability

Harris Automations is not liable for any losses arising from missed bookings, incorrect information provided by the AI, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Cancellation

Business clients may cancel their subscription at any time. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, code, and AI models used in our services remain the property of Harris Automations. Business clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
